PhD in People Management (UFRGS – Management School), Master in Clinical Psychology and MBA (Unisinos – BR), Certified by Multy Health Systems (MHS) to apply MSCEIT (Emotional Intelligence Test developed by Yale University specialists) and by EITRI to apply EI Learning Systems (ESAP, LSTI, PEM, SESAP). Certified in Career Management Psychology (CAPE). Facilitator of Cenex, a hub of HR companies and EI Mentor.

Performs for more than ten years as instructor and EI coach of executives in Brazilian and multinational companies. Currently teaches EI and Coaching at Executive School (Unisinos – BR). Idealized the Pos-MBA of Emotional Intelligence at Organizations, in Universidade La Salle. Also teaches Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management at Universidade La Salle. Professional speaker and author of the books “Smart Connections – Managing emotions in personal life and at work” and “The Voice of Self – My Encounter with Jung,” both by Brazilian publisher AGE.

Managing partner of consulting company Conexão IE (www.conexaoie.com.br), has as their clients executives from international companies as HP do Brasil, HP Enterprise, Johnson & Johnson, GKN Driveline, Coca-Cola, Gerdau, Randon, Saque e Pague and other Brazilian companies.
